Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for products sold by OpenUniic Electronics is two years from the date of delivery.

OpenUniic will make reasonable efforts to replace or repair the product free of charge if defects arise due to issues related to raw materials, design, or manufacturing processes.

When not explicitly stated otherwise in a specific agreement or purchase order, OpenUniic Electronics does not provide warranties regarding the fitness, suitability, or merchantability of the product for any particular purpose or special circumstance.

For products beyond the warranty period, we will offer repairs, replacements, or on-site technical support at reasonable fees.

Exceptions

OpenUniic Electronics will not honor warranty promises if:

• Defects result from improper use, maintenance, storage, or violation of user guides or manuals provided by OpenUniic Electronics.
• Defects are caused by Force Majeure events beyond reasonable control, such as acts of law, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, governmental sanctions, or legislation changes.
• Customers damaged the product when attempting to repair the product themselves.
• For specific products expressly stating the absence of warranty coverage.

Returns & Refunds

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product and must cover shipping fees. Shipping fees will be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
